Wiebke Mechau is a trained teacher. During her studies she took care of mothers in the puerperal period as a domestic help. Since 1995 employed full-time as Maternity Nanny in private households. In addition, she completed a three-year anthroposophically oriented extra-occupational training in the field of art therapy, psychology and holistic medicine. With this she worked from 2001–2004 in a private school for educational assistance with autistic children. Training as a Maternity Practitioner at the MNT Institute in the UK. Lecturer for baby massage. Member of the Postnatal Support Network and Pro Doula USA. Certified Post Partum Doula.

Dr. Schmid works in the group practice for pediatricians and adolescents in Munich South. He studied/doctorate at the LMU/TU-Munich and was senior physician for many years with responsibility for the areas of developmental neurology, allergy/asthma outpatient clinic, kidney/headache consultation and paediatric emergency room. Dr. Schmid is an emergency physician, has advanced training in the areas of basic psychosomatic care, is an asthma trainer and instructor for pediatric emergency simulation training.

As a former police officer of a special unit, he makes his expertise available to companies and individuals. For 20 years he has been involved in the conceptual development and implementation of self-assertion and self-defense courses for children and adolescents, the so-called “Power Inside” seminars. Mr. Aschenbrenner is trainer and coach in the field of personal protection with the main focus on “Protection of Families”.

Mrs. Reich is a successful book author for Haufe Verlag and IHK certified Knigge (behaviour) Trainer. Her in-house seminars on manners and etiquette are used by numerous companies. For our academy, she has launched a special program that focuses on the individual situation of nannies in private households. It gibes more security and professionalism in daily work. This avoids embarrassing situations in upscale social circles.

Dr. Barbara Tilmann is a general practitioner with her own practice in Peißenberg and mother of two children. She works in the medical field after conventional medical methods, with classical homeopathy, ear acupuncture, flower essences (according to Dr. Bach and), microbiological therapy and metabolic balance. In the therapeutic area, she uses systemic body therapy, body-centered awareness work and communicative communication training. Dr. Tilmann writes for the Kösel Verlag.
