Wieb­ke Mechau is a trai­ned tea­cher. During her stu­dies she took care of mothers in the puer­peral peri­od as a dome­stic help. Sin­ce 1995 employ­ed full-time as Mate­r­ni­ty Nan­ny in pri­va­te house­holds. In addi­ti­on, she com­ple­ted a three-year anthro­po­so­phi­cal­ly ori­en­ted extra-occu­pa­tio­nal trai­ning in the field of art the­ra­py, psy­cho­lo­gy and holi­stic medi­ci­ne. With this she work­ed from 2001–2004 in a pri­va­te school for edu­ca­tio­nal assis­tance with autis­tic child­ren. Trai­ning as a Mate­r­ni­ty Prac­ti­tio­ner at the MNT Insti­tu­te in the UK. Dr. Schmid works in the group prac­ti­ce for pedia­tri­ci­ans and ado­le­s­cents in Munich South. He studied/doctorate at the LMU/­TU-Munich and was seni­or phy­si­ci­an for many years with respon­si­bi­li­ty for the are­as of deve­lo­p­men­tal neu­ro­lo­gy, allergy/asthma out­pa­ti­ent cli­nic, kidney/headache con­sul­ta­ti­on and paed­ia­tric emer­gen­cy room. Dr. Schmid is an emer­gen­cy phy­si­ci­an, has advan­ced trai­ning in the are­as of basic psy­cho­so­ma­tic care, is an asth­ma trai­ner and ins­truc­tor for pedia­tric emer­gen­cy simu­la­ti­on training.

As a for­mer poli­ce offi­cer of a spe­cial unit, he makes his exper­ti­se available to com­pa­nies and indi­vi­du­als. For 20 years he has been invol­ved in the con­cep­tu­al deve­lo­p­ment and imple­men­ta­ti­on of self-asser­ti­on and self-defen­se cour­ses for child­ren and ado­le­s­cents, the so-cal­led “Power Insi­de” semi­nars. Mr. Aschen­bren­ner is trai­ner and coach in the field of per­so­nal pro­tec­tion with the main focus on “Pro­tec­tion of Families”.

Mrs. Reich is a suc­cessful book aut­hor for Hau­fe Ver­lag and IHK cer­ti­fied Knig­ge (beha­viour) Trai­ner. Her in-house semi­nars on man­ners and eti­quet­te are used by num­e­rous com­pa­nies. For our aca­de­my, she has laun­ched a spe­cial pro­gram that focu­ses on the indi­vi­du­al situa­ti­on of nan­nies in pri­va­te house­holds. It gibes more secu­ri­ty and pro­fes­sio­na­lism in dai­ly work. This avo­ids embar­ras­sing situa­tions in ups­ca­le social circles.

Dr. Bar­ba­ra Til­mann is a gene­ral prac­ti­tio­ner with her own prac­ti­ce in Pei­ßen­berg and mother of two child­ren. She works in the medi­cal field after con­ven­tio­nal medi­cal methods, with clas­si­cal home­opa­thy, ear acu­p­unc­tu­re, flower essen­ces (accor­ding to Dr. Bach and), micro­bio­lo­gi­cal the­ra­py and meta­bo­lic balan­ce. In the the­ra­peu­tic area, she uses sys­te­mic body the­ra­py, body-cen­te­red awa­re­ness work and com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ve com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on trai­ning. Dr. Til­mann wri­tes for the Kösel Verlag.
