Even with the mother’s milk, which tas­tes slight­ly sweet, a tas­te for the sweet tas­te is crea­ted. And alt­hough some child­ren enthu­si­a­sti­cal­ly fall for hear­ty things as soon as they are allo­wed to eat other things, in most of them the desi­re for sweet­ness remains lifelong.

The child­ren’s rooms are burs­t­ing at the seams and with San­ta Claus and Christ­mas new toys and clo­thes have been added. Many child­ren no lon­ger feel like play­ing in their rooms, they are too over­whel­med by the over­sup­p­ly on their own shel­ves. In addi­ti­on, some things are bro­ken and incom­ple­te, or have “out­grown” their own shelves…

The world is chan­ging at least as fast as digi­tiza­ti­on is acce­le­ra­ting. Fixed line? Public tele­vi­si­on? Radio? The next gene­ra­ti­on lis­tens to Spo­ti­fy, wat­ches Net­flix, com­mu­ni­ca­tes via Whats­App, plays League of Legi­ons, and calls are only made with grand­ma. What are the kids doing? What are they sup­po­sed to do? What can they do? What can they do? Who coor­di­na­tes, accom­pa­nies and advi­ses in digi­tal progress?
