Per­son­al Assis­tants / Per­son­al Assis­tants orga­nize pri­vate offices of upper-class house­holds. They are expe­ri­enced, com­pe­tent and above all — well orga­nized. They either have a com­mer­cial edu­ca­tion or have expe­ri­ence in this field. The tasks of a PA include e.g. appoint­ment coordination/administration, cor­re­spon­dence, trav­el admin­is­tra­tion, flight book­ings, guest invi­ta­tions, craftsmen’s arrange­ments etc. In short: You take care of all admin­is­tra­tive mat­ters of upscale pri­vate households.

Salary lev­els vary accord­ing to qual­i­fi­ca­tion, expe­ri­ence, ref­er­ences and region.

More exten­sive house­keep­ing or clean­ing work is not part of the duties of a Per­son­al Assis­tance and is cov­ered by the housekeeper.
