Personal Assistants / Personal Assistants organize private offices of upper-class households. They are experienced, competent and above all — well organized. They either have a commercial education or have experience in this field. The tasks of a PA include e.g. appointment coordination/administration, correspondence, travel administration, flight bookings, guest invitations, craftsmen’s arrangements etc. In short: You take care of all administrative matters of upscale private households.
Salary levels vary according to qualification, experience, references and region.
More extensive housekeeping or cleaning work is not part of the duties of a Personal Assistance and is covered by the housekeeper.
