„In my two years living in Düs­sel­dorf, I have work­ed as an Eng­lish-spea­king care­gi­ver for child­ren under age three at a bilin­gu­al Kin­der­ta­ges­stät­te. Pre­vious­ly, I gra­dua­ted from The Uni­ver­si­ty of North Caro­li­na at Greens­bo­ro with a Bachelor’s of Sci­ence in Nur­sing, whe­re my stu­dies included pedia­tric care.
Along­side my uni­ver­si­ty stu­dies, I also work­ed as a pri­va­te nanny for two fami­lies with infants and todd­lers. My child­ca­re expe­ri­ence in both pri­va­te and group set­tings has allo­wed me to eva­lua­te typi­cal child deve­lo­p­ment as well as indi­vi­du­al needs for appro­xi­m­ate­ly 30 children.
In addi­ti­on to my child­ca­re expe­ri­ence, I also had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to per­form dai­ly care and medi­cal tasks for indi­vi­du­als with seve­re disa­bi­li­ties in a home set­ting. Here, I deve­lo­ped fur­ther con­fi­dence in taking on pri­ma­ry respon­si­bi­li­ty in deman­ding situations.

I am known to have a calm and posi­ti­ve deme­an­or, which I belie­ve is well-sui­ted to child­ca­re. I love to have fun and be sil­ly, while main­tai­ning rela­ti­onships based on mutu­al respect bet­ween the child­ren, par­ents, and mys­elf. The par­ents I have work­ed with have con­ti­nuous­ly regard­ed me as an empa­the­tic, pas­sio­na­te, and valuable fami­ly sup­port­er. I am ide­al­ly see­king a position with infants and todd­lers in Düs­sel­dorf. I would love to intro­du­ce mys­elf to you and your family.“
