We were able to get to know her per­son­al­ly and met a young, moti­vat­ed teacher whose goal is to take care of chil­dren indi­vid­u­al­ly and holis­ti­cal­ly. The young pri­ma­ry school teacher is very enthu­si­as­tic about the job pro­file of the nanny because she sees many aspects in it that are neglect­ed in every­day life in state schools in this coun­try. The can­di­date wish­es to have a work envi­ron­ment in which, through inten­sive con­tact and loy­al­ty to the child, she has more oppor­tu­ni­ties to respond to spe­cif­ic needs, to accom­pa­ny and sup­port the child in his or her fam­i­ly context.

In addi­tion to a very suc­cess­ful, well-found­ed ped­a­gog­i­cal edu­ca­tion and pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence as a pri­ma­ry school teacher, the appli­cant also brings valu­able expe­ri­ence in terms of indi­vid­ual work with chil­dren and employ­ment in pri­vate house­holds through her many years of work as a babysit­ter and mul­ti­ple au pair stays abroad ,

Since 2016 she has been work­ing as a nanny and fam­i­ly man­ag­er in a pri­vate house­hold. We know the can­di­date per­son­al­ly and can high­ly rec­om­mend her. She is look­ing for a new chal­lenge from Jan­u­ary / Feb­ru­ary 2020, live-in (with accom­mo­da­tion at the employer).

The appli­cant is 45 years old and an expe­ri­enced music teacher who has focused on ear­ly child­hood musi­cal sup­port. We got to know the can­di­date per­son­al­ly in our agency. As her train­ing sug­gests, she is a very sen­si­tive, atten­tive and well-groomed per­son­al­i­ty who has com­bined her musi­cal pas­sion with her ped­a­gog­i­cal career aspi­ra­tion. It orga­nizes musi­cal sup­port in an age-appro­pri­ate man­ner in a play­ful man­ner and com­bined with a lot of movement.

The appli­cant acts very respon­si­bly and pru­dent­ly. She would like the chil­dren to be accom­pa­nied more close­ly and indi­vid­u­al­ly and would like to be part of the fam­i­ly as a nanny. She her­self grew up as the sec­ond old­est child and the eldest daugh­ter of a total of 5 chil­dren and took care of her much younger sib­lings (includ­ing twins) as a young girl. Chang­ing dia­pers and deal­ing with babies are by no means alien to her.

The can­di­date likes to cook and of course also sup­ports the house­hold. She is very flex­i­ble in time and likes to accom­pa­ny the fam­i­ly on trips. The appli­cant is 27 years old and a state-rec­og­nized edu­ca­tor as well as a trained social assis­tant. We got to know her via Skype and met a young, com­mit­ted woman who found her call­ing and pas­sion in work­ing with chil­dren. She is cur­rent­ly work­ing in a day­care cen­ter as an edu­ca­tor for the very lit­tle ones in the U3 area. In order to make the dai­ly rou­tine of the chil­dren more indi­vid­ual and needs-ori­en­t­ed, she would like to switch to pri­vate house­holds and work as a nanny. It is impor­tant to her to sup­port the youngest chil­dren indi­vid­u­al­ly and age-appro­pri­ate­­ly and to demand that every child be picked up where it is.

The appli­cant is no stranger to the pri­vate house­hold, she has 13 years of expe­ri­ence as a babysit­ter in fam­i­lies and also looks after chil­dren with spe­cial needs. The appli­cant likes to be out­doors in her free time, is a hob­by dancer or trav­els the world. The can­di­date takes over all house­hold chores and likes to cook. She is look­ing for a full-time position in Berlin and has no dri­ver’s license.
